ALTIMA 在本地是靠著「舉酒杯」的廣告一炮而紅,畢竟很多人不知道這是抄襲「雷瑟死」的原創,而也不清楚為何向來小氣巴拉的牛頭牌沒有跟日產計較。


 


本地進口的 ALTIMA 嚇人的廣告不止這個,沒多久不知哪位天才把 ALTIMA 與 BMW E36 325i 相提並論,說性能、空間、配備、價格、造型通通勝過 325i 甚多,自臺灣島冒出太平洋以來也沒見過這種「評比」,也難怪獲得的良評遠低於預期,加上 CEFIRO 的上市,ALTIMA 與 進口的 PRIMERA/G20 完全被自家人 KO,是以裕隆清完第一代末期的 ALTIMA 之後就不再引進,反而把重心放在更貴更醜怪的 MAXIMA。

Due to the CEFIRO, ALTIMA also threw bad ball in Taiwan. Yulon discontinued the second-generation ALTIMA importation. After L30, ALTIMAs in Taiwan are highly related to AIT. This L32 ALTIMA might also do something with AIT. But it is unusual on the empty license plate and the hollow near the rear bumper. Maybe it was taken away by the returned abroad student.


 


There are two different engines for L32 ALTIMA. Base one is 2.5 in-line 4, which produced 175ps. Performance version is powered 270ps by VQ35DE. The line-4 is QR25DE, which offers to SERENA in Taiwan. The main force of 2.5 NISSAN Engine here is VQ25 on J32 TEANA. Although it gains 5ps more than QR25DE. The running quality is totally different level.)


拜 AIT 之賜,二代以後的 ALTIMA 在本地還是見得到的,先前在市民高架獵到一台(街頭獵殺(台北車站):NISSAN ALTIMA II),第三代也曾經在信義路上見過一次,所以四代現身也就不令人意外了。




 




 




這台長得頗像 LaCrosse 的就是第四代 ALTIMA,基本上就是 350Z 的車頭加上 LaCrosse 的車身與車尾揉在一起。比較特別的是,這台 ALTIMA 並沒掛上車牌,所以可能不是 AIT 的車(外交類的車輛還需要等認證嗎),或許是歸國學人攜回國的也說不定,畢竟車尾已經有一塊 A 到了...,幸好不涉及零件更換,不然還真不知道殺哪一台日產才可以流用。
